The continuation of a long and revered history,

the patterns are fashioned and forged using principles first pioneered by late iron-age celtic swordsmiths, whose ideas and techniques developed over the centuries to reach their height of mastery and design during the Anglo-Saxon and Viking ages.

The prized treasure of Kings and warriors...

sagas, poetry and heroic legend abound with imagery of fabulous and magical patterned swords, whose hard strip of steel were fire-welded onto a softer, flexible, twisted and patterned core.

By the 12th century, pattern-welding had all but vanished in the west, and not until the 18th century was a similar technique employed to produce beautiful damascus twist steel.

Fire and pattern-welding precious metals is a true work of alchemy, mastering the skills required for a succesful creation, pushes to the limits the powers of hand and eye.
